All Enchanted orders are shipped to the exact shipping address entered at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase, including your street address, apartment or unit number, PMB information, city, state, and ZIP code.

Enchanted does not manually change, reconstruct, or correct shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

If the address provided at checkout cannot be verified or validated before fulfillment, the order may be canceled rather than shipped to an uncertain or unverified address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Enchanted cannot guarantee that an address can be changed, redirected, intercepted, or corrected in transit.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to Enchanted because of an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or unverified address, any next steps will be handled according to the circumstances of that individual order and Enchanted’s current policies.
